[Toy Review] The Rabbit Company “Come Hither” Rabbit

The Come Hither Rabbit by the Rabbit Company is a far cry from the toy that was first popularised by a very problematic episode of Sex & the City all the way back in 1998. I have to admit that rabbits have rarely appealed to me. They always seemed too big, too garish-looking, and like they’d provide little or nothing in the way of clitoral stimulation.

But that’s before the Rabbit Company launched a line of rabbit-style toys that are high-quality, body safe, and seem like they might have been tested on actual human genitals before being mass-produced.

The Rabbit Company Come Hither Rabbit: Details

The Come Hither Rabbit is named for the motion its internal arm makes. Rather than vibrating, it mimics the feeling of a lover stroking your G-spot in, well, a “come hither” motion. The external part consists of two vibrating ears as well as some little “micro-whiskers” for clitoral stimulation. The whiskers are a little fiddly to clean, so take extra care in that area when you’re washing your toy.

This toy measures 8.07″ in total length, with around 4″ of insertable length and a girth of 1.65″. It is rechargeable via the included USB cable, and splashproof (meaning it’s probably okay in the shower, but don’t submerge it.)

The Come Hither Rabbit is made of body-safe silicone with a plastic handle, and available in pink, blue, or purple. It also comes with a five year warranty.

The Come Hither Rabbit In Use

Rabbit vibrators are always a risk when it comes to whether they’ll work with any individual vulva owner’s anatomy. The Come Hither Rabbit does have some flex, which makes this easier, but it still isn’t going to work for everyone. It took a little practice to get the right angle of penetration and the ears sitting snugly around my clitoris, but I made it work. I particularly like the gentle curve of the shaft.

The Come Hither Rabbit has five settings for the internal motion, each of which moves in a different pattern, while the vibrating ears have six patterns, each of which can operate at various intensities. Each motor is controllable separately, allowing you to customise your experience. The simple, five-button control panel is simple to learn and use, and the toy is fairly light and comfortable to hold.

Intensity-wise, the Come Hither Rabbit is excellent. The vibrations aren’t too buzzy, even on the highest settings, and the ears transmit them directly to the clitoris well.

Despite that phrase loved by sex toy companies everywhere, the Come Hither Rabbit is not “whisper quiet.” It’s not egregiously loud, either, but let’s be truthful about this. The internal mechanism makes a kind of repetitive whining noise which I can block out for a while, but ultimately starts to piss me off.

The Rabbit Company Come Hither Rabbit: Verdict

This toy worked incredibly well for me, which I was very surprised about! The “come hither” motion combined with powerful clitoral stimulation is what makes this one for me.

The Come Hither Rabbit is available directly from the manufacturer and retails for £136.
